Where do you ship?

Worldwide!* We also offer US standard shipping for free for orders $50+!

*Please note, dog treats are only shipped within the US due to food restrictions when shipping internationally.

   

When will I receive my items?

Production time can take up to 3-5 business days (unless stated otherwise), not including weekends or holidays. But typically it takes 2-3 business days. 

Depending on the shipping you choose, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered. If you need your order delivered sooner, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.

  

My package is late.

Unfortunately we have no control over packages once they are shipped out. If your package is late, you can sign up for shipping updates on the tracking page of the shipping carrier's website. This seems to trigger something at the post office and your package should be delivered soon after.

If it's still not delivered within the following two business days, you can contact your local post office and give them your tracking number. They might be able to tell you more information about where it is.

 

My package says "delivered" but I don't have it.

Unfortunately we have no control over packages once they are shipped out. If your tracking number says your package was delivered but you don't see it, we recommend waiting one more business day.

Sometimes mail carriers will accidentally mark a package as delivered but not deliver it until the next day.

If you still don't receive your package you can call your local post office. They will be able to check where your package was delivered to and where it was left.

You can also check with neighbors or others in your household if they have seen the package. Sometimes someone else in the house will grab a package and forget to tell others about it.

Refunds will not be given for missing packages as this is out of our control.

 

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

We will accept cancellations in the first 1 hour after you make the purchase. You can send an email to bark@thecrazydogmom.com and request your order to be cancelled. 

We do accept returns. Please read our return policy for more information. 

 

T-SHIRTS

How are your shirts made?

All of our apparel is screen printed or made using screen printed heat transfers which is just a different form of screen printing.

While we used to use heat transfer vinyl like most small businesses, we have decided to discontinue that method because we weren't happy enough with the quality.

 

What are screen printed heat transfers?

Screen printed heat transfers are just screen printing but with a couple of extra steps. The design is printed onto a special sheet of transfer paper instead of onto a shirt. Then the ink is only partially cured onto the page so that it's dry but not completely set.

We then place the sheet onto a shirt and use an industrial heat press to transfer the ink from the sheet onto the shirt. 

We make the shirts in this way because it allows us to speed up the process which means we can make more shirts in less time allowing us to get them to you faster along with giving us more time to work on other products but still providing a quality shirt to you.

 

TREATS

Are your treats made with human grade ingredients?

In order to legally say that Excite Bites are human grade the treats would have to be made in a commercial kitchen. While we could make them in a commercial kitchen, that would require more costs which would in turn cause us to charge more for the treats. 

So, while we can't legally say Excite Bites are human grade, they are made with human grade ingredients. They are purchased from the same location restaurants local to us purchase their meat.

 

SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE

What does subscribe and save mean?

When you subscribe on a monthly basis you will get the subscribed for item(s) after purchase and a month later you will automatically be billed for the same item and it will be shipped after the payment goes through.

This is helpful to you so you can save money and also not have to worry about running out of dog treats and your dog getting upset with you.

 

Can I cancel?

Yes, you are in complete control of your subscription.

You can cancel, pause, or skip at any time through a dashboard. You will receive a link after your first subscribe and save purchase.

How do I change my subscription?

Log in to your account on the website. Once you're on your account page you will see a button that says "manage subscription". Click that and you will be able to change the products on your subscription, pause, skip, or cancel.
